A 5–8 page website with responsive design, an enquiry form and basic SEO to present your business clearly.
Catalogue, checkout and order management on an existing ecommerce platform. Custom payment or hardware integrations are scoped separately.
An agreed booking or internal workflow, customer records, staff access and practical operational reporting.
A cross-platform app with a basic backend, agreed core journeys, device testing and preparation for store submission.
A defined integration with compatible devices and APIs, such as face readers, turnstiles, POS or vending systems.
All amounts are in MOP. Hours describe team effort, not elapsed delivery time. Hardware, hosting, licences, payment fees, API usage, store accounts and applicable taxes, if any, are listed separately in the quote. Data migration and third-party approval requirements are agreed up front.
Agree deliverables and acceptance criteria first. Changes come with a cost and schedule assessment for your approval before work begins.
For investigations, small improvements or uncertain scope, agree an hours and spending cap, with a record of time used.
Delivery includes testing, training and post-launch checks. This small booking and customer-management example shows how a project is broken down.

Check records and integration outcomes, payment reconciliation where relevant, physical device actions and the agreed backup and recovery process.
Confirm the delivered scope with you, train your team and verify the production environment. Document ongoing care, monitoring and response arrangements.
If our delivered code or configuration does not perform as agreed, we investigate, correct and retest it without an additional development charge.
Included with your projectSix months from the documented acceptance of the production launch. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed before the project starts.
Covers defects in our code and configuration, including agreed integration and data-handling functions. Covered issues reported during the warranty remain covered until resolved.
New features and hardware replacement are assessed separately, as are issues caused by changes to third-party services or APIs, or modifications by clients or other suppliers. Unrelated covered defects remain covered. The warranty is not a zero-downtime or instant-resolution guarantee.
Defect cover is separate from ongoing maintenance. You do not need a care plan to receive covered fixes. Monitoring, routine updates, backup administration and future improvements can be included in a suitable care plan.
The MOP108,000 example shows the payment milestones. Instalments require prior approval and written agreement. Hardware and third-party purchases are funded before ordering.
Arrange routine checks, maintenance and improvements for your system. Included hours cover human checks, updates and agreed work, with a record of activity.

For booking platforms, internal systems and application backends.
Covered warranty fixes do not consume these hours. Additional work is priced for approval first; hosting, monitoring tools, licences and other infrastructure charges are separate. Your quote defines service frequency, response windows, hour rollover and recovery-testing arrangements.
Reach our team seven days a week, with Macau site support arranged when needed. Critical systems, round-the-clock monitoring or faster response requirements receive a tailored scope and service arrangement.
We use one published Hong Kong service offer as a reference: Digital Candy lists HK$500–1,000 per hour for small to medium tasks under five working days, before volume discounts. Its midpoint is HK$750. At HK$1 = MOP1.03, that is approximately MOP772.50. Synexa’s MOP540 standard rate is about 30.1% below that reference midpoint. This illustrates one provider’s advertised range, not a Hong Kong market average or a comparison covering all projects, specialist rates or care plans.
